We’re always on the lookout for new book projects in these areas:
I normally focus on all the four language skills—listening, speaking, reading and writing. But I stick to the student’s needs and preferences (for example, if you are learning Spanish for a travel, we will focus in Speaking and Listening).
I try to make the course practical and dynamic. I will first learn you the lesson of the day and after that we will bring that to practice.
I will also provide you with content in Spanish that will allow you to include the language in your daily life (music, movies and even memes!) I really love sharing my love to Mexico with the students so you will also learn about our culture, food and some slang.
And you might get some light homework as well !
I come from Mexico, but I have been living in France and now in the UK for 3 years. I am Student in Foreign languages (French, English and Spanish) and I have given sporadic private Spanish lessons back in France. At university I do translation between English/Spanish, French/Spanish and English/French.
Taught by leading researchers from Linguistics & English Language, the Centre for Speech Technology Research and the School of Informatics, this programme combines elements of linguistics, computer science, engineering and psychology.
